Tobias Nickenig
Founder & CEO
FIFA Licensed Agent
Tobias Nickenig combines extensive experience in professional football with expertise in player representation, sports management and international club operations.
Before founding Globall Sports, he competed at the highest professional levels in Germany, Turkey and Switzerland. His career included spells with 1. FC Köln, VfL Osnabrück and Erzgebirge Aue, competing in the Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga and 3. Liga, while also gaining international experience in the Turkish Süper Lig and the Swiss Super League. He additionally represented Germany at youth international level.
Following his playing career, Tobias completed a Diploma in Sports Management and has worked as a FIFA Licensed Agent since 2017. He also gained valuable executive experience as Sporting Director of Nakhon Ratchasima Mazda FC in the Thai Premier League.
As Founder and CEO of Globall Sports, Tobias is responsible for the agency’s strategic direction, international partnerships, transfer negotiations and the long-term career development of its players.

Jan Tauer
AGENT / Business Development
Jan Tauer combines professional football experience with a deep understanding of player development and international football markets.
Having competed in Germany’s 2. Bundesliga and 3. Liga, as well as in Sweden’s Allsvenskan, he also gained valuable international experience as a UEFA Europa League participant.
Following his playing career, Jan worked as a coach at Enskede IK, one of Sweden’s leading elite youth academies, where he specialized in developing young talent and preparing players for professional football.
At Globall Sports, Jan is responsible for player representation, international business development and expanding the agency’s network across Europe and Scandinavia.

Zacharias Bougiouklis
AGENT
Zacharias Bougiouklis brings more than a decade of experience in player representation, club management and professional scouting.
He has worked as a player agent since 2014 and has developed a strong network across the Greek and Cypriot football markets. His background also includes serving as Sporting Director of Iraklis Thessaloniki in the Greek Super League, as well as scouting for clubs competing at the highest level in Greece.
At Globall Sports, Zacharias focuses on player representation, club relations and business development, with particular expertise in Greece and Cyprus.
His understanding of the regional football landscape, combined with his experience on both the club and agency sides of the industry, makes him a valuable link between players, clubs and international opportunities.
